Museum of Graffiti's very own puzzle featuring one of our inaugural murals! CRUSH CITY II by ERNI VALES is a cartoon surrealistic fantasy based on a variety of popular cartoon characters (even Vaughn Bode’s Cheech Wizard gets an update) and stories. This mural showcases his innovative 3-D graffiti lettering style that he developed in New York City in the early 1990s. If that wasn’t enough, the mural is also a part 2 of his famous Crush City mural painted in the lower east side of Manhattan in 1984. We love that this pioneering artist and aerosol style master contributed such a beautiful and epic piece to the Museum’s mural program.
