In an effort to complain about graffiti to the usual round up of government agencies, NYC Councilmember Gale Brewer spent her entire summer mapping out all of the graffiti on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Brewer's hard work fortuitously resulted in a great interactive graffiti walking tour! Not in NYC?
