Renowned New York graffiti artist CES will open a new exhibition in Miami on May 21, 2026 at Museum of Graffiti’s Private Gallery. Celebrated as one of the most influential figures in graffiti history, CES is widely recognized as a pioneer of “wildstyle” lettering and a defining force in New York City’s graffiti movement.
With a career spanning over four decades, CES began writing graffiti in the early 1980s and rose to prominence in the 1990s as part of a generation that helped transition graffiti from subway cars to large-scale murals and gallery spaces. His intricate, aerodynamic lettering style has influenced artists worldwide and continues to shape contemporary urban art. CES has collaborated with major global brands and exhibited work internationally, cementing his reputation as a true icon of street culture.
This exhibition will debut an all-new body of work, offering collectors and the public a rare opportunity to experience CES’s evolving studio practice up close. The first 150 visitors will receive a complimentary limited-edition CES poster courtesy of Cosmo Tires.
